A delicate tequila, Don Fulano ages its agaves for 10 years, after which they are carefully selected before being harvested. This Blanco showcases the rich red soil that the agaves were planted in and which gives the tequila a unique sense of origin and of terroir. The new spirit is rested for 60 days in stainless steel before being bottled.

Flaky and Doesn't Handle Moisture Well
Size: 36 PACK
The plates have a tiny amount of twist in the center and quite a bit of doming when flexed. While the outer edges are entirely floppy. Most of the center is smooth, but there are rough patches that flake off paper pieces when rubbed with a spoon or from a lot of moisture from food. The flat surface (not the inner walls) was able to withstand still water for about 10 minutes before weakening, so I wouldn't use it for wet or very moist foods.
