DARK Scotch BaseDARK SCOTCH BASE is a medium acid base for the substrate under solid materials, camouflage and low acid bases and for extension on gel tips. The base is intended only for the substrate and is NOT intended for leveling!! (All medium and high acid bases are not intended for leveling because the average layer of such bases can lead to chemical burns). Stable formula, 10% thinner than the classic formula: provides easy self leveling and even distribution.
