In the early 1990s, the Pasquet family wanted to return to more agricultural methods, like their ancestors before them, so they have been farming their vines organically, using native yeast to ferment the wines and distilling them on the lees in their own small pot still. Low quality. Recommend something from a better brand.
Low quality. Seemed fine until the first one I ordered one of the terminals broke off with very little tightening force. The replacement i had ordered worked for a few days then quit working altogether. Overall disappointed.
